Overhead Lines Conductors (OHL)

Riyadh Cables produces a range of overhead power lines which are all manufactured in line with IEC/BS/BS EN and ASTM standards. Overhead conductors can work on any system voltage rating as this depends on the circuit insulators, currently we are offering up to 600 kV. Overhead line conductors are typically used for long distance power transmission and inter-city connections, including bare hard drawn copper conductors, All-Aluminum Conductors (AAC), All-Aluminum Alloy Conductors (AAAC), Aluminum Conductors Steel Reinforced (ACSR), Aluminum Conductors Aluminum Clad Steel Reinforced (ACSR/AW), Aluminum Conductors Aluminum Alloy Reinforced (ACAR), Aluminum Alloy Conductors Steel Reinforced ( AACSR), Galvanized Steel Earth wires (GSW) and Alumoweld Earth Wires (AW). In addition to the above products, we also provide PVC/XLPE insulated AAC conductors, service drop cables (duplex, triplex and quadruplex), as well as low voltage, PVC/XLPE insulated, hard drawn, copper conductors.
