The SPW 26 Z437 is a fully electronically controlled puller delivering up to 260 kN pulling force with Ø 800 mm hardened steel capstans (groove Ø 82 mm) for reliable, conductor-friendly operation. A 262 kW (356 hp) liquid-cooled diesel engine with electronic rpm control provides powerful, efficient performance.
Enclosed planetary gear drives with hydraulic motors ensure high efficiency and minimal maintenance, while automatic safety brakes and PLC control enhance productivity and safety. Joystick operation enables infinitely variable rope speed and direction, supported by a clear color display, integrated diagnostics, and the ZECK Stringing Data Record System (USB).
Robust site-ready equipment includes automatic rope guiding and clamping with grounding device, plus hydraulic reel handling for reels up to Ø 1900 mm—with extensive options such as remote control, road-approved chassis, synchronization, Arctic kit, and remote diagnostics.
