AME RS-485 Ethernet Converter

AME RS-485 Ethernet Converter

Controls & Sensors

Information

AME uses an ARM Cortex M3 microprocessor to perform the serial port to Ethernet function. It uses state allocation to handle TCP/IP protocol stacking, bringing users lower-cost TCP/IP protocol conversion under limited resources. AME supports TCP, UDP, IP, DHCP client, Modbus/TCP and even HTTP protocols. You can use any browser to set parameters, or use Hyper Terminal in console mode. Features: ■ RS-485 serial devices can be connected to the Ethernet through simple data conversion to form an Ethernet node. ■ The communication rate can reach 115.2Kbps. ■ When the server side has 4 independent interfaces (Sockets), it can support 4 independent client commands corresponding to respective internal data locations and HTTP protocols, and all commands can be executed at the same time. Applications Simple and easy to use as a relay converter to convert serial data to Ethernet, it is widely used in factory automation, security protection or any other low-speed data transmission equipment. ■ Data collection & security terminals ■ Security system equipment ■ Warehouse system terminal ■ Remote sensors & meters ■ Environmental monitors ■ Remote equipment control ■ Time logger ■ Parking lot automation terminal ■ Power supply monitoring ■ Data collector
