Online Monitoring and Intelligent Diagnostic System for Disconnector Mechanical Condition(GIS)

Information

To address the issues that the enclosed design of GIS disconnectors makes it difficult to visually perceive internal mechanical conditions, and that traditional detection methods (such as infrared, ultraviolet, X-ray, attitude sensors, etc.) have observation blind spots and cannot diagnose in real time defects such as jamming, transmission failure, and contact ablation, this product introduces an online monitoring and intelligent diagnostic system for disconnector mechanical condition. The system uses a monitoring terminal installed in the disconnector motor circuit to acquire real-time voltage and current signals of the drive motor, calculates the motor power curve, and combines multi-body dynamics simulation with intelligent inversion diagnostic algorithms to identify mechanical defects during opening and closing operations, such as jamming, incomplete operation, and transmission mechanism loosening. The system adopts LoRa wireless communication, uploads data to a server or management and control platform, generates diagnostic reports, and provides alarm notifications. It supports the "one-key sequential control" dual-confirmation function and has been widely applied in substations of various voltage levels (35kV~1000kV).
