Information

Our epoxy resin & hardener casting system is tailor-made for 10–1100kV indoor and outdoor insulation equipment, widely used for dry-type transformers, CT/PT instrument transformers, insulators, switchgears and insulation parts. This two-component system supports both APG process and vacuum casting process to meet different production requirements. The cured product achieves a high glass transition temperature (Tg up to 135°C), providing excellent thermal stability, thermal shock resistance and UV weather resistance. It delivers stable electrical insulation performance and good mechanical toughness, effectively preventing cracking in long-term operation. We provide indoor general grade, outdoor weather-resistant grade and flame-retardant grade. All products are certified with UL, SGS, RoHS, REACH and ISO management systems, ensuring stable and reliable batch quality.
