TWSK Series Transformer Temperature Monitoring

TWSK series is an all-in-one transformer temperature monitoring unit customized for dry-type, cast-resin and container box transformers. Equipped with PT100 oil temperature sensor, ambient temperature and humidity sensors, it delivers triple-channel real-time temperature tracking covering transformer winding, oil tank and cabinet environment within -50°C ~ 150°C. The panel-mounted controller features triple digital LED display, multiple configurable relay outputs and dual 4-20mA analog signals, forming a complete local monitoring system without extra auxiliary meters. This transformer temperature monitoring device executes automatic intelligent control based on measured thermal data: it auto starts cooling fans at high temperature, activates anti-condensation heaters under high humidity, and triggers over-temperature alarm & two-stage trip relays to avoid transformer insulation burnout. Built-in RS485 Modbus-RTU communication uploads all temperature and humidity data to SCADA and substation management platforms for remote monitoring. Widely applied in photovoltaic box substations, industrial distribution transformers and power transmission stations, it realizes full thermal protection and long service life for transformers.
